If there is one thing we want to emphasize above all, it is that this whole website was designed to be an open resource for you.  In this section, you can navigate our body of ideas through your own eyes, whether you are a recent graduate or a top executive, a new manager or a budding entrepreneur.

Here, we have reorganized much of the content from our Management in Action section so that you can choose your career stage as a starting point to explore our writings, video, and audio clips. Because most business concepts and many practices are universal, overlap does exist between sections. We have, however, tried to parse our content according to the most common and distinct personal perspectives.
